Current Litigation
We have filed a lawsuit against Hawai’ian Electrical Industries, INC, Hawai’ian Electrical Company, and Maui Electric Company for their role in starting the fires. As our investigation proceeds, we intend to include additional defendants to hold other parties responsible for their role in the igniting and severity of the fires.
We want to help keep Lāhainā lands in Lāhainā hands and offer a 15% contingency fee for representation against those responsible for the fires. The below information and links are provided as a resource to anyone affected by the fires.
